What is the Difference Between a Business Coach, Consultant, & Trainer

Today, we're going to talk about how we can improve the quality of life and businesses for small and medium-sized enterprises right here in North Florida and beyond.

ActionCOACH is a globally proven system that I want to talk to you about and how we could really work for you and your business, to provide a different way of guidance and support for your businesses and really other small and medium-sized Enterprises right here in the North Florida area.

You see, 80% of small and medium-sized businesses closed their doors within 5 years. That's pretty sad, isn't it? But why is this?

Because many of the small and medium-sized business owners just burnt out. They're not getting enough results. And this is not the dream that they had. And so they had to close their doors and they had to try to maybe go into another business or go back to work for other people. This is why we have to bring a different way or a different kind of business education and business guidance to the market right here in Northeast, Florida.

So let me explain to you what coaching is and how it's different from different kinds of business education.

The ActionCOACH Program is very simple. If you want success, you need three different things. You need motivation, knowledge, and implementation.

Motivation is very important. It answers the question of WHY.
“Why should I do what I do?” This is where we want to be. So, you know, this is where we go for seminars or life coaching. All of them live in this realm where you get to your “Why?”, your inspiration of why you get up in the morning and you're excited about what to do. But all the motivation, without proper knowledge of how it is, is useless.

You know, knowledge is so important. This is where we teach you HOW.
This is where you have workshops to teach you that knowledge. But of course, if you have motivation and you have the knowledge, but you don't do anything, you don't get any results.

Hey, what's it all about? Right? Like the Jaguars, you got to win.

Implementation is what I do and when. This is all about what we do down here.

With implementation, you have two choices to work with two different kinds of people. One is the Consultants. Consultants are a very common model. They consult with and bring you your fish. You bring your team, they'll be with your team for six months or three months to do what you want them to do. And basically, they'll do it for you.

For example, if I was on a sports team and I want to bring out a win, I'll bring in an experienced player so I could win. But when they leave, boom, I'm back to zero. For implementation, you have to use a coach. When you have a coach, you think of a sports team hiring a better Coach to give them better strategies to win. The coach doesn't play. He doesn't kick the ball. The coach takes the talent and teaches you how to kick the ball better. In this case, the coach isn't giving you the fish. They're teaching you how to fish. So which one would give you more learn long-term and sustainable results?

In our community, we have lots of motivators. We have lots of life coaches. We have lots of trainers and consultants but many small and medium-sized business owners, can't afford these high-end consultants. They have many workshops, they've done lots of training. They got lots of theories out, but they don't know where to start or where to implement them.

This is why we at ActionCoach feel that we're in the position to help those small and medium-sized enterprises in these three areas of success. But you must recognize that these three different methodologies are three different things. And what we find is that the biggest challenge business owners face is implementation. And that's where ActionCOACH comes in.

I became an ActionCOACH because I've never seen a business coaching system like this. It wasn't until I met Brad Sugars, the founder of ActionCOACH.

Before I got involved in ActionCOACH , I never heard of this guy. He didn't build his business just to make himself famous like some of the other famous gurus that are out there trying to just build out his name. What Brad Sugars really knew was that from the start, even though he was very young at the time the way to build a business that runs on autopilot without the owner is to create a duplicable system and a leveraged product and that's exactly what he did.

ActionCOACH duplicates in over 1,000 offices in 500 countries worldwide coaching tens of thousands of business owners weekly. If we could do this for our business, we could certainly do it for your business and it's my experience in sales and marketing and coaching for the past 11 years. I know I could help your business.

What we teach in ActionCOACH is a very convenient and very practical actionable knowledge. If you would like to have this knowledge, watch out for my next blog or maybe just give our office a call for a free coaching session to learn the power of coaching and to see if it's right for you.

Instead of cracking down on them, you need to focus on being heavy on accountability. If your employees are missing deadlines or aren't completing ...

Stop Fixing Your Business and Start Building it

Are you spending your day putting out fires that are popping out of nowhere? Are you always trying to fix something that’s not working in your business? Or, are you working on fire prevention enabling it to be more valuable and sellable down the road? Let me tell you what I mean... If you’re spending your day putting out fires, the fire itself is not the problem. If you find yourself always fixing your business, you haven't put the right structure in place.  You haven't put the right systems in place to be clear on what your ideal customer or employee is that will represent your brand and fit in and align with the culture of your organization. You might not even have a well-defined culture for your organization. There may not have an onboarding process for your team to make sure they are trained properly and show them your unique way of doing business. If you don't have all these systems in place, you're consistently putting out fires and fixing your business. Syste...
